Trancefuzion6 Oct 2003, 03:29 Well tonight I bought some new speakers. Now they're not studio monitors but they might as well be because the quality is OUTSTANDING. Full range I cant see that the sound drops off anywhere.
Now check this, they're Creative speakers... yes you heard me right... Creative... Yeah I hate them too. I was determined not to buy Creative... but then I heard this pair... simply amazing. They have a very crisp and warm sound. 3 titanium drivers in each speaker. While other Creative speakers are just crap this pair does not disappoint. And get this, I paid $99 for them.
Heres some pics:

Not much to look at but the quality is superb. Yeah I know I'm rattling but I'm excited about these can you tell? They're much better than the crappy ones that came with my computer which I've been using since January. :lol:David McGowan6 Oct 2003, 03:39 Right on , those look pretty spiffy.
David :lol:Mel David6 Oct 2003, 04:50 They look sexy indeed. Bet you they don't sound so good without the sub though.
It runs on 13.5 V AC? That's for the sub + the satellites? Hmmzz... Ah well $99 is pretty good. You can't really expect club speakers for that price.
How big are the speaker drivers?Trancefuzion6 Oct 2003, 06:32 Mel David wrote: How big are the speaker drivers?
I'm not sure about the satellites but the sub's is a 6.5" long-throw driver.TranceSynthVania6 Oct 2003, 22:23 Looks hot!
Tho what I don't like is that the energy of speakers like that lies in the sub... and you only have one sub!
In a real pro setup, the monitors need to play good bass themselves and the sub is there to express the really deep bass only!Trancefuzion6 Oct 2003, 22:42 TranceSynthVania wrote: Looks hot!
