DreaM30 Jan 2004, 08:46 [FONT=Geneva]Hi, cool dj's & composerz!
Could somebody tell me how this beat has been made?
May be, some special effects...
May be, special drumkits... I DONT KNOW...
But you should.....
Thanks for any comments!
Beatephex30 Jan 2004, 20:15 eh you have the kicks and snare with their own rythem, maybe some other [hidden] hi hats adding to the rythem of the kicks and snare [too much reverb and delay to tell]. then you have two hi hats: the second is pitchbended or at a higher tone than the first; both are heavily processed with reverb/delay/etc.
Pretty simple just processed in a way that makes it kinda hard to understand.Dj-M31 Jan 2004, 15:38 Ya it is kinda simple, just processed alot.DreaM31 Jan 2004, 17:40 What do you mean - processing a lot??
BTW, what does our main trancerz (t[]c) think?Alle1 Feb 2004, 11:23 The beat is most likely made from several drumloops that they sliced and processed through a compressor / EQ / Limiter....
Slices are then re-arranged and layered to 'change' the actual beat.... In addition to that I'm pretty sure they added a bassdrum to create the sort of slow softness to the whole theme.
Just what I think
Just out of the blue: Crystal Method - Vegas is an awesome album from a mad set of producers (Think they're from Las Vegas, CA - USA) so mad props to them.
Best,
AlexDreaM1 Feb 2004, 12:36 ok, now its more clear....
