Well Kevin was over for the weekend, and said that we should try some brainwashing. So I got a really nice mic from Terry (my skool's multimedia teacher), plugged it into my mixer, and got to work. So here's what has happened so far!

    http://home.comcast.net/~lithius/untitled.mp3

There's three styles of subliminal script in this track. But I'm gonna hold it in so you guys can try to decode it! If you don't already know, brainwashing can affect the listener very seriously, subliminally. That doesn't always mean that it does, but it can. So I'll say right now that there are no harmful scripts in this track. In general, this track subliminally mentions the NSA and how they get to ya. It will not affect you.

So whip out your wav editors and see what you can get out of it!

Haven't found anything? I'll post audio clips of deciphered audio if you guys really are stuck...

    Here are the main bits:

    http://home.comcast.net/~lithius/NSA.mp3

Remember those little hihat sounds when the synthesized drums kicked in? Well, they weren't hihats - they were the letters NSA being repeated with a 30 semitone increase! This speed is at the point where you can't pick up on it, but your subconcious mind certianly can, especially when it's repeating.

    http://home.comcast.net/~lithius/head.mp3

Here's an obvious one: in about the middle of the song, you hear a funny sound that's relatively loud. It's the phrase "they will get into your head" played backwards in a whispering voice.

    http://home.comcast.net/~lithius/script.mp3

Here's a very impressive one! In this part of the song, there's a script looping that has a 15 semitone increase. The silences in the recording were cut out so it might sound strange, but its the most effective method. I also ran it through a heavy compressor to keep the consonants from sticking out of the audio. This speed makes your concious mind pick up that the sound is there and that it's probably speech, but your subconcious mind is reading clearly. The words are very buried in the sound, but that was nesessary to keep the mix together. However, the script repeats a few times due to its length and semitone increase, so after running it a few times, your subconcious mind will figure it out. Here's the script:

    They are everywhere
They are communicating to your unconcious mind
    Subliminally controlling everything you do
They make you itch to give them answers to your secrets
Don't rebel cause you can't stop them

ummm WHY do you know so much about this.
I'm afraid to listen to ANY of your tracks EVER again! :P

Ahh yes... What the hell is the NSA?

    BTW nice track...

Well I am a self-taught audio engineer ... I know how to do this stuff, and Kev knows what to do, so put two minds together and there ya have it. I did this purely as an experiment to see if I was capable of producing meterial like this. Well, lol, guess I am. The NSA stands for National Security Agency. They do this sort of thing, only to millions of people incredibly severely every day. Like VERY severely. They sneak brainwashing with incredible powers into their victim's heads. Read through a little of this: http://www.kimsoft.com/2000/NSA-psy.htm ... and you'll realize that my work is nothing compared to what they do. And this was my only planned production of subliminal scripting, which was not secretive in any way. I do not plan to put any of this crap into my real works.

Do any of you guys know Boards of Canada? Man, if you listened to their music and thought this was bad, you'd crap your pants. I have digitally deciphered most of their subliminal scripting, and man ... they sure do a lot of it. What I really like about BOC is that their brainwashing is very positive. Like, you'll listen to their CD, and if you didn't know what you were really listening to, you'd feel very refreshed and self-contained afterwards. Their scripts basically say to be more open to life's experiences, there will never be something more than you can handle, you will find your way ... that stuff. It's buried in their tracks. The BOC guys are also really religious, so their really hidden stuff is very interesting. For example, at 66:60 of the CD, a secret track kicks in where children talk about God. And in one of their tracks, if you play it backwards, you can hear "a god with horns, a god with horns" very faintly but clearly. More on that here: http://www.speakeasy.org/~adbrown/boc.html Their music is really good stuff!

    holy shit!
from now on, I'm more careful about what I listen to!

not much else to say... wow.
  8. ephex20 Dec 2003, 18:34
I've been reading the site about the NSA...

My gov't is evil, but I didnt know it was THIS bad!!

BTW, has anyone realized that the US's actions have been motivated almost entirely by fear ever since its early history??? I think the Monroe Doctrine is around when it started...

This is really scary shit... hehe :P
  9. ephex20 Dec 2003, 18:42
If the NSA kills off everyone who starts to find out about it, then how the hell did that site get published?
  10. Lithius21 Dec 2003, 00:33
The site was published by a former NSA conspirerer, and why its still up I don't know ... but the internet's pretty huge, lol.

In the NSA document, they mention the use of extremely small audio/visual monitoring and broadcasting devices that communicate with their sattelites that's the size of the end of a pin (the pointy side). I'm not sure if I'm a believer in that, but think of this: our technology depends on the market. We wouldn't make something if we couldn't sell it. But the government ... they don't plan on selling ANYthing, and they have nearly unlimited funds from our taxes to produce ANYthing, so their technology could be a thousand times beyond us. So it's hard to believe, but not impossible.

You know when they mention the brainwashing sound? Heheheh, get this. When it's really late, really quiet, and I'm about to go to sleep, I can hear it clearly. Like, rediculously clearly. I can't understand the message, but I hear the tone. I can just very faintly hear it now. Try making your house quiet and see if you can hear it too. I bet you can. My buddies sure can. It sounds like a very faint and high pitched ringing in your ears. But it doesn't stop. It only goes away if you stop noticing it.

They're messin with ma head ... I know I'm being brainwashed, just like everybody else, but I'm not a very big believer of Christianity so I think I'm pretty well off.
  11. ephex21 Dec 2003, 03:48
wtf so the gov't is brainwashing you???
god damn this world is so fucked. what if they are responsible for all the weird things ppl do, like kill their children??

but why wouldnt they just brainwash us to believe that the iraq war was good???
  12. darkshadetoolazytologin21 Dec 2003, 13:24
I"m too lazy to see if he posted this above but NSA = National Security Agency.
  13. David McGowan28 Dec 2003, 02:14
They call it theory for a raeson. Dont believe what you read. some people are so bored and have nothing to do , that they sit around and think this stuff.
  14. ephex12 Jan 2004, 00:53
if you really wanna see something crazy, search google for john titor.
what makes it so believeable is how much sheer insight whoever wrote that had. you just have to read it to see what i mean. but what will really throw you through a loop is the cutaway drawing of the time machine. it's an awful waste of talent for someone to be making a drawing that complex for something that doesn' exist. listen to part of one of his chats:

TimeTravel_0 : Altering gravity is not the hard part.
    G° : LOL
    Yareisa : go on...
TimeTravel_0 : Detecting gravity is the hard part.
    TimeTravel_0 : I will tell you a littlke story.
TimeTravel_0 : When time travel was invented.
TimeTravel_0 : They built prototypes that would go back in time for a split second and then return.
TimeTravel_0 : They had sensors and cameras on them.
TimeTravel_0 : ...and they never returned.
G° : and forwards as well? how about a single jump forwards?
TimeTravel_0 : It was later discovered that the machines were ending up about 15 miles away and 3000 fett in the air.
    TimeTravel_0 : feet
    G° : doh!
TimeTravel_0 : The Earth was rotating away from them.
    wyrmkin_37 : synchroniaztion please
TimeTravel_0 : A system had to be invented that would "hold" the machine to the Earth.
    TimeTravel_0 : Its called VGL.
TimeTravel_0 : Its based on very sensative clocks and gravity sensors.
TimeTravel_0 : It stops the time distortion machine if radical changes in gravity are detected.
wyrmkin_37 : mechanical or electronic clocks
TimeTravel_0 : You wouldn't want to end up inside a mountain or under water...would you?
    TimeTravel_0 : Cesium.

heh heh heh....that rules :P i think if i ever get too depressed about being recently diagnosed with diabetes, i'm going to sell the triton studio & waste my life coming up with something like that ;) . that's just too sad.

side note: you OCed your system that much? I hope you beefed up the fan or your HD will melt.
  17. Lithius15 Jan 2004, 10:59
Oh yeah no worries on heat - I have a lapped Thermaltake Volcano 11-Xaser Edition on top of Arctic Silver 3 running off a Zalman speed controller which is also ducted to the rear. I also have a fan running over all three of my hard drives. This system is 99% stable too - it only crashes ~2 times a month from OC. The rest of the time it's microdick winblows xpee :P
