just to let you all know I’m still writing, I got an Editor’s Choice Award from poetry.com, for my poem/thought “links of dew” which is on my web site and I will post is here also for you lovely people who read this.

If there was someone so sweet, if there was
a smile so bright it can bring the blue out of the water.
Nights shine so bright with love, days last long with caring.
Holding the one you feel at home with is
the glue that holds the stars in the sky.
Looking in a mirror alone and seeing
someone by your side is the lesion of true love.
If you were mine I would give you the moon.
If things worked out I would show you the world.
Coming out of a room and still feeling
loved after you are long gone makes the
time apart seam short.
Sleep long; holding tight is how things are.
Seeing the love in eyes so big brings
happiness to my life.
Miles apart and so close at heart.

I don't know much about modern poetry but it sounds good to me ;).

Hey, that was really good. Good job man. I think that it was very good. I liked it. Keep up the good work. I'll make a peom a post it here so you guys can check out some of my work as well. ^_^!
