Cithan21 Oct 2003, 18:09 how did ya'll ppl discover t[]c? for me, i saw an dbz fan-flash movie at Newgrounds, with atomic dance explosion as bgsound.... quite gd :DOneLoneMan21 Oct 2003, 23:25 I first heard some of their music on an MP3.com CD sent me as part of renewing my computer mag sub. I pulled all the music from the CD and converted it to .wav format to burn onto a CD (I didn't have an mp3 player at the time). I put the song names on the CD but not the artist’s names. So for a long time I had no idea who t[]c was. "Atomic Dance Explosion" was one of the songs on the CD. It was and is one of my favorite t[]c songs. Later I downloaded Kazaa and began to download mp3's. One of the songs I downloaded was "Atomic Dance Explosion". That's when I noticed the artist's name. I wanted more of the band's music and did a web search for more and that lead to the forum. I've been a fan ever since.
:music:DjDaed22 Oct 2003, 00:02 I discovered them by accident really. I had just uploaded a track to mp3.com and did a search for my music to see if it was up, and found them. Been a fan ever since I heard Atomic Dance Explosion.DJ Bluey22 Oct 2003, 00:27 I found out about them by accident too. It was pretty funny. Back when there was Napster, I had really started to like eurodance music. And so I just typed "eurodance" in the search bar because I wasn't familiar with any particular artist. I found a song by The Cynic Project. Since I liked that song, I looked for more of his music, and there was one titled "The Cynic Project - The Way Home."
Well I was in LOVE with the song. It must have been between six months to a year before I found out it wasn't his song. I even went to his mp3.com page and couldn't find it, which made me a bit skeptical that it was his. Then, I think I was listening to "The Way Home" on WinAmp, and, for some reason, looked up the file info. And in the comment section, it said "http://www.mp3.com/tc." So I went to the address and, "voila"; discovered trance[]control. I've been a fan ever since! YOU GUYS ROCK!
-Dj BlueyT3CHNOJUNKIE42022 Oct 2003, 02:12 Finding t[]c was the best accident I ever made! I was bored one day and typed "trance" in the search bar on kaZaA....found a song called This is my HOUSE...and the rest is history... B)djdarkshade22 Oct 2003, 05:01 My Brother ran across it when I was like 8. First song was "A Fragment of Time" and second was "Virtual Love". :D
It was like www.jukebox.se or something like that. :P It doesn't exist anymore I guess though.Cithan23 Oct 2003, 18:34 seems like atomic damce explosion is quite popular huh? :D
