Guys - sure it's sad that they use poor re-makes ond such instead of the original work... However I wouldn't say we got screwed - 1% of the airtime we get actually ends up paying royalty to us - so to say the least we're used to this...

As for your part in this, or what we really would need help with is to rename or remove files that got our name on them, even though they're not our work... Even though there are millions of copies of our music out there on various computers, you still got to start somewhere... ;)

Thanks for looking out for us!

    Best,

    Alex

    Guys,

Oddly enough having someone air your music without paying royalties may have one positive affect (it did with me). When people hear the music they want to know the song's name and the name of the artist. That can lead to someone actually buying the CD! It did with me.

Also guys consider this: Most of the artists on this forum have put their music on the Net for free as well as in CD form for sale. Whenever you put something on the Net for free you leave yourself open to people using it for their own gain. But still you get the exposure.

And I’ve always heard it quoted that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

    alle

It might help some of us musicly challanged to do as you ask and remove your name from non t[]c music is we knew the names of all your songs!
