After consulting our bank we have decided that we cannot offer a reliable and price worthy service to those buyers who do not possess a Visa/MasterCard or the equivalent. Due to the high rates involved in international money deposits, (for GEM Records as well as the buyer) and the security problems associated with it, this is unfortunately not an acceptable option. Check deposits and COD, (Cash On Delivery) offers a new set of problems, i.e. in terms of a substantially increased amount of administration, a service which GEM Records, being a small company, does not have the resources to offer.
